Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or unauthorized payment. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 5 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes 7–15 business days after shipment. International shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays outside our control. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags. Return shipping is covered by us for defective or incorrect items, and by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 20 business days due to international customs processing.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process orders — name, shipping address, email, and payment details. We do not sell or rent your personal information. California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA to access, correct, or request deletion of their data. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA.
